摘要
为了验证锅炉给水泵筒体结构的性能指标是否合格,利用三维建模软件UG对锅炉给水泵筒体进行了三维建模,并将模型导入ANSYS软件中,对筒体结构进行水压试验和热-结构耦合分析,以及有预应力的模态分析。分析结果表明,筒体部件在不同工况下刚度、强度等均满足设计要求;通过模态分析,得到对应的频率与振型,从而为避免共振和噪声提供了依据。
In order to verify the qualified performance of the boiler feedwater pump tube structure,3D modeling software UG is used for boiler feedwater pump tube structure3 Dmodeling.And the model would be imported into ANSYS software.Then the hydrostatic test and thermal structure coupling analysis,and the modal analysis with prestress of tube structure would be made.Analysis results show that the tube structure under the different conditions of stiffness and strength could meet the design requirement.From the modal analysis,the corresponding frequency and vibration mode could be obtained,which provides the basis for avoiding the resonance and noise.
