摘要
国外医学图书馆嵌入式馆员作为图书馆重要的人力资源,已融入到教学、科研、临床医疗中,并在国外医学领域得到很好实践和广泛应用。本文在借鉴国外嵌入式馆员服务医学领域典范的基础上,从意识上、用户自我需求上及搭建新常态关系等方面,阐述了对我国医学领域服务发展的启示。
As important human resources of library, the embedded librarians of foreign medical library have been integrated into teaching, scientific research and clinical care, and obtained wide practice and application in foreign medical field. Learning from foreign embedded librarians＇ medical service field paradigm, this paper expounds the enlightenment to the development of the medical field in China in the library service from the consciousness, the needs of the users and the construction of new normal relationship.
