摘要
为了克服风洞荧光油膜法测量翼型表面摩擦力实验中获取待测翼型表面油膜演化图像时存在的不利因素:待测机翼表面曲率、机翼表面振动和扭曲、成像设备相对位置以及光线折射率变化等,引入了适用于曲面的投影测量技术。针对风洞中拍摄图像亮度不高,标记点不易提取的问题,本文从相机针孔模型的成像原理切入,建立成像平面中的像素点与其对应的空间位置的映射模型,并运用冗余信息融合的方法来降低标记点提取的误差。曲面投影测量技术在风洞荧光油膜法测量翼型表面摩擦力实验中得到了验证,将拍摄到的二维油膜演化图像投影还原成对应的三维空间图。
In the wind tunnel experiments ,there are some unfavorable factors when acquire oil film evolution image on surface of the wing to be measured .These unfavorable factors include surface curvature of the wing 、surface vibration、the relative position of imaging equipment、changes in the refractive index of light and so on .In order to overcome these unfavorable factors ,projection measurement technique for curved surfaces is introduced .According to the imaging principle of pinhole camera model , we establish the mapping model of the pixels in the imaging plane and its corresponding spatial position in this paper because of filming figure brightness is not high ,marked points is not easy to extract .Redundancy information fusion methods are used to reduce the mark point extraction error .In the experiment of measuring the wing surface friction using fluorescent oil film method in wind tunnel ,surface projection measurement technique has been verified ,and the 2D oil film evolution image is projected into the corresponding three-dimensional space .
