摘要
目的：建立注射用埃索美拉唑钠含量的液相色谱测定法。方法：采用Aglient Extend C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-p H7.4的磷酸盐缓冲液-硫酸氢四丁基铵溶液（28：67：5）,检测波长为302nm。结果：奥美拉唑对照品在10.24-102.40μg/ml范围内成线性关系,平均回收率为99.71%,RSD为0.71%。结论：本法可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective： To establish the content determination method of Esomeprazole Sodium for Injection by HPLC. Methods： Using Extend C18 Aglient column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile - pH7.4 phosphate buffer solution hydrogen sulfate four - Butyl Ammonium solution （28：67：5）, the detection wavelength was 302nm. Results： the average recovery rate was 99.71%, RSD was 0.71%, the average recovery rate was, and the average recovery rate was in the control group. Conclusion： this method is reliable and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
