摘要
分析了特高压直流配套安全稳定控制系统(简称稳控系统)的总体构架、电网安全稳定控制装置与直流控制保护系统间的接口、直流故障判据及控制策略等方面的现状和存在的问题,结合实际工程经验,研究提出了特高压直流配套稳控系统的典型设计原则和技术方案。重点在稳控系统与直流控制保护系统间的接口、直流换流器故障判据、直流故障后功率损失量算法和安全稳定控制策略的协调配合等方面进行了研究,提出的典型设计方案已在复龙—奉贤、锦屏—苏州、宜宾—金华三大特高压直流稳控系统工程中得到应用,对于特高压直流配套稳控系统的设计、开发和工程实施具有重要的借鉴意义。
The current situation and existing problems of security and stability control system(SSCS)of ultra-high voltage direct current(UHVDC)transmission are analyzed in the aspects of the system architecture,the interface between SSCS and pole control and protection system(PCP),failure criterion of converter devices and control strategies of the grid.The engineering experience of UHVDC SSCS projects in China is summed up,the standard design schemes are proposed.The research focuses on the interface and communication protocol between SSCS and PCP,fault criterion,UHVDC power loss algorithmic,and coordination of security stability control strategies.The design scheme proposed has been applied in FulongFengxian,Jinping-Suzhou,and Yibin-Jinhua UHVDC transmission projects.Also,the study has great significance for other designs,development and implementation of UHVDC SSCS.
