摘要 以固定式阳极炉使用天然气燃料生产再生铜为前提,介绍了高温空气燃烧、稀氧燃烧、催化燃烧等新型燃烧技术的技术特点、优势及不足,并结合固定式阳极炉的工艺特点、生产实践,探讨新型燃烧技术在阳极炉的应用前景。对传统燃烧技术,阐述了助燃空气预热、富氧助燃、半稀氧燃烧等优化改进的技术思路,介绍了实际应用中的具体实践情况。通过改进完善传统燃烧技术,取得节省能耗的效果。 As a precondition of the stationary anode furnace manufacturing recycled copper by gas fuel, the technical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the high temperature air combustion, dilute oxygen combustion, catalytic combustion and other new types of combustion are analyze, and the new types application prospect base on the stationary anode furnace's process features and production practices are discussed in this article. For the traditional combustion technology, such as the combustion air preheating, oxygen-enriched combustion and half-dilute oxygen combustion, some ameliorative theories and practices are expounded in this article. Through those experiments, we've achieved the goal of energy saving and consumption reducing.
