摘要
目的观察步长稳心颗粒治疗心肌缺血及再灌注性心律失常的临床效果。方法收集我院2012年12月—2015年6月期间收治的130例心肌缺血再灌注性心率失常患者的临床资料,根据入院顺序将130例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各65例,对照组采用控制血糖、稳定血压、抗血小板聚集等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用步长稳心颗粒治疗,统计两组患者的治疗总有效率,并进行统计学对比。结果经过2周连续治疗,观察组治疗总有效率89.2%,对照组66.2%,二者相比,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用步长稳心颗粒治疗心肌缺血及再灌注性心律失常,能显著提高治疗有效率,疗效确切,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Buchang Wenxin granules in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia. Methods Clinical data of 130 cases of patients with myocardial ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to June 2015 were collected. According to the order of admission, 130 patients were divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 65 cases. The control group used control blood sugar and blood pressure, anti-platelet aggregation and other conventional treatment. The observation group used Buchang Wenxin granules on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results After two weeks of continuous treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 89.2% and 66.2% , respectively, and the difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment, Buchang Wenxin granules in the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion arrhythmia can significantly improve the effective rate, has definite effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
