摘要
目的观察馥感啉口服液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法治疗组给予馥感啉口服液治疗,对照组给予蓝芩口服液治疗。两组均予以退热等对症治疗,合并细菌感染者予以口服抗生素治疗,连用7天,比较两组的疗效及临床症状改善情况。结果两组在治愈率、疱疹消退时间存在差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率95%,治疗组总有效率95.65%,两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论馥感啉口服液治疗手足口病普通型有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuganlin oral liquid in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD） in children. Methods The treatment group received Fuganlin oral liquid. The control group was given Lanqin oral liquid. Two groups were treated with fever and other symptomatic treatment, and patients with bacterial infection were treated with oral antibiotics, QD for 7 days. The curative effect and the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. Results Two groups in cure rate and bleb fade time had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective of the control group was 95% , the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65% , and the difference had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Fuganlin oral liquid in the treatment of common HFMD has good curative effect.
