LncRNAs在肾癌中的作用机制及免疫治疗发展趋势

The latest progress in mechanism of LncRNAs and immunotherapy of renal cell carcinoma

摘要 随着生物信息学技术的进步、高通量测序的应用,发现了大量的功能性的lncRNAs.它可以表现为抑癌基因、致癌基因甚至是同一LncRNAs在不同的环境及组织中表现出抑癌、致癌双重功能,并参与肿瘤的发生发展.研究表明,LncRNAs在肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移以及肿瘤的转移及耐药等多种生物学进程中起着关键性的作用,因而有望成为肿瘤生物标记物以及药物治疗新靶点用于肿瘤诊断、治疗、预后预测. With the progress of bioinformatics technology and the application of high throughput sequencing,increasing rich functional LncRNAs have been explored.The function of LncRNAs is diversity.It can be regarded as tumor suppressor genes or oncogenes to participate in the progression of tumor.Simultaneously,the role of anti-oncogene and oncogene confer the same LncRNAs in various environments and tissues.Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been investigated as a new class of regulators of cellular processes,such as cell growth,apoptosis,and.carcinogenesis in cancers.Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been reported to be dysregulated in cancer and to be important in the regulation of carcinogenesis,thus suggesting that this class of molecules may be used as biomarkers in cancer in diagnosis,treatment and prediction of prognosis.LncRNAs in disease,especially play a critical role in the occurrence and development of tumor.
