摘要
2015年,随机从全省16个地市、2个直管县采集猪血清6 481份、牛血清1 663份、羊血清1 643份,采用液相阻断ELISA和VP1结构蛋白ELISA检测O型口蹄疫免疫抗体;采用液相阻断ELISA检测亚洲1型和A型口蹄疫免疫抗体。结果显示,O型口蹄疫免疫抗体平均合格率为79.12%,其中猪、牛、羊血清的免疫抗体合格率分别为81.90%、77.87%、69.39%;亚洲1型口蹄疫免疫抗体平均合格率为70.14%,其中牛、羊血清的免疫抗体合格率分别为73.78%、67.29%;牛A型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率为86.74%。
In 2015, 6481 swine serum, 1663 cattle serum and 1643 goat serum were randomly sampled from 16 cities and 2 autonomous counties of Anhui province. The liquid-phase blocking ELISA and VP1 structural protein ELISA were used to de- tect type O FMD immune antibody; The Asia type 1 and type A FMD immune antibody were detected by using the method of liquid-phase blocking ELISA. The results showed that., the average qualification rate of O type FMD immune antibody was 79. 12%, and the qualification rate of swine, cattle, goat serum immune antibody were 81.90%, 77.87% and 69.39%, respectively; the average qualification rate of Asia type 1 FMD immune antibody was 70.14%, and the qualification rate of cattle, goat serum immune antibody were 73.78% and 67.29%, respectively; the qualification rate of cattle type A FMD immune antibody was 86.74%.
