摘要
成吉思汗大扎撒作为古代蒙古社会第一部成文法典,具有浓郁的生态法特征,其中有关保护动物、保护草原、保护水资源等法律条文详细而具体。本文从蒙古人生态保护意识的沿袭及《大札撒》的颁布、《大札撒》中的生态环保意识和《大札撒》的智慧启迪等不同角度,探索蒙古族古代环保意识及其法制化问题。
Genghis Khan＇s Yeke Jasagh is the first code of written law in ancient Mongolia society. It is of typical ecological features. The legal items related to animal protection,grassland protection and water resource protection are detailed and specific. This paper explores ancient Mongolian＇s ecological protection awareness and its legalization from the perspectives of inheritance of Mongolian ecological awareness,the issuing of Yeke Jasagh,the ecological awareness of Yeke Jasagh and the intelligent enlightenment of Yeke Jasagh.
