摘要
磁敏感血管征(susceptibility vessel sign,SVS)是缺血性卒中患者在梯度回波序列(gradient recalled echo,GRE)或磁敏感加权成像(susceptibility weighted imaging,SWI)序列上,大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)走行范围内的低信号影。与责任血管闭塞的部分相对应,为学界所接受的预测血栓存在的影像学特征。本文就SVS在急性期缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者中的应用研究进展予以综述。
The susceptibility vessel sign on MR images was defined as presence of hypointensity within the MCA or ICA in GRE or SWI of ischemic stroke patients, in which the hypointense signal within the vessel corresponded with occlusion of vessels. The findings in which the susceptibility vessel signs represent the presence of thrombosis are generally accepted . In this review, we summarize current research progress of susceptibility vessel sign in hyperacute ischemic stroke patients.
