核电站500kV断路器跳闸原因分析及处理措施

摘要 介绍了国内某核电站500 kV开关站断路器控制直流系统发生一点接地,断路器发生无故障跳闸过程。通过深入分析发现,由于控制电缆过长,对地电容较大,加之跳闸继电器动作电压及功率较低,在发生直流正极一点接地时,易导致断路器误跳。因此为避免今后再度发生此类故障,提出应从缩短直流控制电缆的长度和提高出口继电器动作电压及功率两个方面考虑采取相应解决措施。 This paper introduced the process of 500 kV breaker trouble- free trip caused by he DC system grounding at one- point in 500 kV switching station of one domestic nuclear power station. Through the analysis,it found that the large capacitance to ground since the long control cable,coupled with the low operating voltage and power of trip relay was easy to cause the breaker false tripping when DC system grounded at one- point. In order to avoid the similar failures,the paper proposed to adopt treatments from two aspects which are the reduction of the length of dc control cable and the increase of operating voltage and power of exit relay. and proposes treatment strategy of such fault.
