黑核桃—赤小豆间作模式下植物光合特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 农林间作是一种高效的复合生产模式。在黑核桃—赤小豆间作条件下,利用LI—6400光合作用分析仪测定并比较了距离黑核桃0.3m、1.3m和2.3m处赤小豆的光合特性,以期为优化二者的栽培模式、合理利用光能提供理论依据。试验结果表明:(1)距离黑核桃2.3m处的赤小豆与1.3m和0.3m处的相比,光饱和点(LSP)分别升高约199μmol/(m^2·s)和356μmol/(m^2·s),光补偿点(LCP)分别降低约9μmol/(m^2·s)和80μmol/(m^2·s),最大净光合速率(Amax)分别提高约3μmol/(m^2·s)和10μmol/(m^2·s);(2)SPAD值与赤小豆叶片中叶绿素含量呈显著正相关关系,空间位置最靠近黑核桃的赤小豆平均叶绿素含量较正常赤小豆的叶绿素含量下降约8mg/L;(3)赤小豆的净光合速率(Pn)与蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和叶温(Tleaf)之间存在极显著正相关关系,与胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)之间存在极显著负相关关系。 Intercropping mode is an effective agroforestry production pattern. A photosynthesis analyzer (LI-6400) was used in this experiment to determine the red beans' photosynthetic characteristics with a distance of 0.3 m, 1.3 m and 2.3 m from black walnuts in intercropping mode. The results showed that there were significant relationships among intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr), stomata conductance (Gd), leaf temperature (Tleaf) and net photosynthetic rate (Pb) in red beans. Compared with 1.3 m and 0. 3 m distant from the black walnuts, the light saturation point (LSP) of red beans in 2.3 m distance rised about 199μmol/(m^2· s) and 356μmol/(m^2· s) , respectively; the light compensation point (LCP) decreased about 9 μmol/(m^2· s) and 80 μmol/(m^2· s) respectivly, and the maximum net photosynthetic rate (Amax) increased 3 μmol/(m^2· s) and 10 μmol/ (m^2· s) respectively for the red beans growing with 2.3 m distance from the black walnuts. In addition, the SPAD value had a significant positive correlation with the chlorophyll content in the leaves of red beans. Compared with normal red beans, the average chlorophyll content of red beans closest to the black walnuts decreased about 8 mg/L.
