摘要
目的探讨社区老年冠心病患者介入治疗应用健康管理的临床效果。方法选取本社区老年冠心病介入治疗患者共计80例为研究对象,以随机数表抽取法分为常规组和干预组,每组各40例,给予常规组患者常规社区干预,在此基础上给予干预组患者健康管理,干预6个月后对两组患者干预效果(生活质量评分、冠心病知识知晓率、遵医行为、心脏事件发生率)进行观察对比。结果干预组患者各项生活质量评分均明显优于常规组,冠心病知识知晓率和遵医行为明显高于常规组,心脏事件发生率明显低于常规组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论在老年冠心病患者的社区护理中给予健康管理,对改善患者生活质量,提升冠心病知识知晓率和治疗依从性,减少心脏事件发生率有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of application of health management of interventional therapy for elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in the community elderly coronary for interventional treatment were selected as the research object and were divided into intervention group and routine group by using a random number table extraction method,with 40 cases in each group given routine group with conventional community intervention,routine group was given about routine intervention,intervention group,on the basis of routine intervention,was given about health management. After 6 months＇ intervention,the effect of intervention quality of life（QOL） and coronary heart disease knowledge awareness rate,compliance,cardiac events incidence） between two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The quality of life score in intervention group was significantly better than that of routine group,coronary heart disease knowledge rate and compliance was significantly higher than that in the normal group,the incidence of cardiac events was significantly lower than the normal group,P〈0.05,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The community nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） who was given about health management can improve the quality of life of patients,raise awareness and compliance in the treatment of coronary heart disease knowledge,the rate has a positive effect on reducing the occurrence of cardiac events.
