摘要
目的探讨关节镜下单髁置换治疗中重度膝关节单间室骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月~2015年10月本院收治的50例中重度膝关节单间室骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,本组患者均在本院行关节镜下单髁置换术,观察受试者术后关节功能改善效果、术后并发症及恢复情况。结果本组患者术后1,3,6个月HSS（膝关节功能评分系统）评分均显著高于术前（P〈0.05）。术后X线检查及随访检查,50例患者力线矫正均满意,术后均无严重并发症者,随访6个月患者关节疼痛均显著缓解。结论中重度膝关节单间室骨关节炎应用关节镜下单髁置换术治疗,临床疗效较为理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic single condylar replacement therapy in the treatment of moderate and severe knee joint single compartment osteoarthritis.Methods From March 2014 to October 2015,a total of 50 cases of severe knee joint single compartment osteoarthritis patients were selected as the research object,this group of patients were in our hospital underwent arthroscopic single condyle replacement,was observed postoperative joint function improvement effect,postoperative complications and recovery.Results 1,3,6 months HSS（knee function score system） score in this group was significantly higher than that before operation（P〈0.05）. After surgery,X-ray examination and follow-up examination,50 cases of patients with stress line correction were satisfied,no serious complications after surgery,patients were followed up for 6 months. Conclusion In the treatment of moderate and severe knee joint single room osteoarthritis with arthroscopic single condyle replacement treatment,the clinical efficacy is more ideal.
