摘要
目的分析全口义齿修复的临床方法与效果。方法此次研究选取2015年1月~2015年12月我院接诊的全口义齿修复患者60例,采用数字法将60例分两组。30例治疗选用传统印膜修复方法,设为对照组。余30例治疗选用改良式印膜修复方法,设为研究组。对比两组义齿戴用满意程度。结果两组中研究组试戴总满意度高,96.67%〉83.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全口义齿修复采用改良式印模修复方法,患者感觉良好,试戴满意程度较高。
Objective To make an investigation on clinical method and the curative effect of complete prosthodontics.Methods From January 2015 to December 2015,60 cases of patients who were given complete prosthodontics treatment in our hospital were selected as the study object and were divided into two groups according to digits; 30 cases of patients in control group were given about traditional printing-membrane restoration treatment,while another 30 patients in study group were given about modified printing-membrane restoration treatment,and then to compare the rate of patients＇ satisfaction with artificial-teeth between two groups.Results Patients＇ satisfaction rate in study group is much higher than that in control group,96.67%〉 83.33%.There was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified printingmembrane restoration of complete prosthodontics is rather effective and satisfactory,patients are quite satisfied with the try-in of artificial-teeth,thus,modified printing-membrane restoration.
