摘要
近年来,人们不仅关注居住环境的舒适度,而且更加关心居住环境的安全性。抗震技术就是房屋安全性的一个重要标志。从房屋建筑抗震技术所面临的问题、影响抗震性能的因素出发,总结建筑施工过程中考虑抗震技术的几点措施,希望能在抗震性能上为以后的房屋建筑提供一定的参考。
In recent years, people have not only concerned about the comfort of the living environment, but also concernedabout its security. Earthquake proofing technique is an important indicator of housing security. From the issues and influencing factors of earthquake proofing technique, this paper summed several measures considered in construction process, hoping to provide a reference for future housing construction in anti-seismic property.
