摘要
学生运动员的文化学习效果是培养学生运动员的关键。运用文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对影响学生运动员文化学习效果的因素进行分析。研究发现:角色定位的偏差、心理因素的忽视是学生运动员产生文化学习问题的主要原因。未来应针对学生运动员特殊的身份,定向确立学习目标;基于学生运动员的多元诉求,引发自我实现的需求;发掘学生运动员潜在的能力,激发内部动机的需要;遵循学生运动员独特的心理特征,追求成功体验的满足。
The key point of cultivating student athlete is their academic performance.The literature review and expert interview showed that role identify and psychological factors were the main reasons affecting academic performance.To achieve better academic performance,the learning objectives should be first set based on the characteristics and needs of the athlete students.Self-realization and potential of the students should be encouraged to inspire the learning motivation.Their unique psychological character could be used to help them experience the feeling of success.
