石化企业安全事故影响到了企业的正常生产,完善的安全管理措施是安全生产的保障。阐述了多层安全管理的具体措施,这些措施落实到位可以保证安全生产,降低风险。
For safety accidents,it has infl uenced the normal production of enterprises.Thus,the safety management measures should be improved to guarantee the safe production.specifi c measures of the multi-level security management were put out,which could ensure safe production and reduce risk.
