摘要
由于海水中存在细小的固体粉砂以及海水强烈的腐蚀性和较差的润滑性,会对叶片式海水泵内部相互接触的摩擦表面形成较大的磨损与腐蚀,大大降低叶片泵的使用寿命。针对上述问题,提出了一种新型结构的叶片泵,该设计减少了叶片表面接触的摩擦副,改善了叶片的受力状况。本研究对该叶片泵的组成结构和工作原理进行了概述,计算了泵的排量和叶片受力,为进一步的研究提供了很好的理论基础。
Due to the presence of fine silt and the strong corrosive and poor lubrication of the sea water, Larger wear and corrosion may happen on the friction surface internal the vane type seawater pump, and greatly reduce the service life of the vane pump. In view of the above problems, a new type of vane pump is proposed, The design reduces the contact of the blade surface and improves the force condition of the blade. In this paper, the structure and working principle of the vane pump are summarized, the displacement of the pump and the force of the blade are calculated and analyzed, provides theoretical basis for the further research.
