摘要
文章从自服务技术角度出发,构建了"移动图书馆服务质量影响因素模型",并通过实证分析,探究变量之间的关系以及各变量对移动图书馆服务质量的影响机制。实证结果表明,模型具有良好的信度和效度:感知有用性、感知易用性和感知便利性对移动图书馆服务质量具有正向影响;感知愉悦性正向影响感知易用性:感知易用性对服务质量的影响受到感知有用性的部分中介;感知便利性对感知有用性、感知易用性与服务质量的关系也具有中介作用。
From the perspective of self-service technology, influence factors model". Through empirical study, it explores the influence the quality of the mobile library service. The research fi the paper builds the "mobile library service quality relationship among different variables and how they ndings indicated that the model has good reliability and validity; perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived convenience have a positive influence on perceived service quality of the mobile library; perceived ease of use is influenced by perceived enjoyment positively; perceived ease of use impacts on perceived service quality by partial mediation of perceived usefulness;perceived convenience also plays a mediation role on the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived service quality.
