摘要
"思想道德修养与法律基础"课法律教学品质低下有诸多原因,其中法律专业语言是一个重要因素。法律教学语言的通俗化是解决理工科"思想道德修养与法律基础"课法律教学困境的一剂良方,有助于引起师生同频共振、增强教学的实效性,有利于法律"从高阁回归民间"、提升法治的力量,有益于促进法律语言雅俗互赏、激活法律教育学科研究。教师在教学过程中要注重从实际出发,以及运用法律教学通俗化语言的尺度。
There are many reasons why the effect of class of ＂basic ＂ is rather low,among which the professional legal language is an important factor. The popularized language of law teaching is an effective prescription to solve the trouble. It can cause frequency synchronization between teachers and students strengthen the actual effect of teaching,and in addition,it is also beneficial to free the law from the ivory tower and elevate the power of the rule of law. Besides,it can promote legal language appealing to all levels,and activate the discipline research of law education. In the teaching process,teachers should base on reality,and strike the balance between legal language and popularized language.
