摘要
本文基于250万吨/年链回环球团工程,介绍了链回环球团工艺流程特点和控制系统的要求,描述了球团主要控制方案,并采用西门子S4-400H CPU、远程I/O站和PCS7软件作为控制系统实现了球团生产线的自动化控制。
This article introduces the pelletizing process characteristics and the technological requirements of control system based on 2.5Mt/y chain grate-rotary kiln-annular cooler pelletizing plant, describes the main control scheme of the pellet and realizes the automatic control of the pellet production line with using SIEMENS CPU S4-d00H, remote I/O station and PCS7 software as control system.
