摘要
为了获得耐蚀性优异的化学镀Ni-Sn-P合金镀层,对前处理方法进行了研究,并对镀层的性能进行了测试。结果表明:预镀薄镍层可以提高化学镀Ni-Sn-P合金镀层的耐蚀性;化学镀NiSn-P合金镀层呈现胞状结构特征,表面平整,组织致密,耐蚀性良好。
In order to obtain electroless Ni-Sn-P alloy coating with excellent corrosion resistance, the pretreatment method was investigated, and the property of alloy coating was also tested. Results showed that the corrosion resistance of electroless Ni-Sn-P alloy coating was improved through pre-plating thin nickel coating. Moreover, the electroless Ni-Sn-P alloy coating featuring cellular structure characteristics, the surface was smooth, the structure was compact and the corrosion resistance was favorable.
