摘要
某高压天然气管道采用三层PE防腐层,用定向钻穿越道路。先用定向钻穿越敷设钢套管,再在钢套管内回拖天然气管道。对比四种管道防腐层保护方法的优缺点,分析光固化套保护的原理、施工过程及应用效果。
The three-layer PE anticorrosive coat is used in a high-pressure natural gas pipeline and the road is crossed by directional drilling method. The di- rectional drilling crossing is used to lay the steel sleeve first, and the natural gas pipeline is pulled back in the steel sleeve. The advantages and disadvantages of four protective methods of pipeline anticorrosive coating are compared, and the principle of light-curing protective sleeve, the construction process and the application effect are analyzed.
