摘要 目的分析Siglec-1在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitic,UC)患者外周血单核细胞中的表达水平,并分析其临床意义。方法收集40例UC活动期患者、30例UC缓解期患者、40名健康体检者的全血,流式细胞术检测各组患者外周血单核细胞中Siglec-1的表达水平。结果 UC活动期患者外周血单核细胞Siglec-1的阳性细胞数明显高于健康对照组和UC缓解期组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);不同分级(轻度、中度、重度)UC活动期患者外周血单核细胞Siglec-1阳性细胞数差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Siglec-1可能与UC的发生、发展有关,有望成为评价UC患者病情活动性及严重程度的指标之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of Siglec-1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of ulcerative colitic (UC) patients and to evaluate its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Siglec-1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by flow cytometry in 40 patients with UC in active stage, 30 patients with UC in remis- sion stage and 40 healthy controls. Results The number of positive cells of Siglec-1 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of UC patients in active stage was obviously higher than that in healthy controls and UC patients in remission stage, there was statistically significant difference among three groups (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the level of Siglec-1 among different grades ( mild, moderate, severe) of UC patients in active stage was also obviously different (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Siglec-1 may be associated with the occurring and development of UC, it is expected to be one of the evaluation indexes of the disease activity of UC patients.
