摘要
通过问卷调查、实地观察和深度访谈等方法,对深圳市中小学舞蹈教师专业发展、舞蹈课程开设与开发、舞蹈社团建设与活动等情况进行现状调研,分析了深圳中小学舞蹈教育的主要成绩和特点,指出了存在的主要问题有:存在技能化精英式的专业教育倾向;课程和教学缺乏有效的规范化管理;教师学科身份不明,导致专业发展受阻;经费投入与舞蹈教育发展需求不匹配;舞蹈教育硬件、软件发展不均衡;中小学舞蹈教育、教师、课堂评价体系缺失。并根据艺术教育发展的新趋势和新要求,提出深圳市中小学舞蹈教育发展要适时将舞蹈正式独立地纳入深圳市中小学课程体系;加强舞蹈课程建设和地方教材开发;探索中小学舞蹈教育评价督导机制;完善普及中小学舞蹈教育的保障体系等发展对策和建议。
By means of questionnaires, field observation, in-depth interviews and etc, this paper studies the current situation of the professional development of dance teachers in primary and secondary schools of Shenzhen, the implementation of dance courses and the establishment and activities of dance groups, analyzes the main characteristics and merits of the dance education in primary and secondary schools of Shenzhen and points out existing problems as follows : a technique-orientated elitist tendency ; lack of effective regular management of the courses and their teaching ; the identity of the teacher not clearly defined in relation to the subject and consequent bottle-necking of the development of the subject; disparity between funding and the development needs of the subject; imbalance in the development of the dance education hardware and software; lack of an assessment system of dance education, dance teachers and dance class. In light of the new trends and requirements of art education development, this paper proposes that dance be embedded in the curricula of primary and secondary schools of Shenzhen, the construction of dance as a subject and the compilation of regional textbooks be strengthened; the possibility of setting up an assessment and supervision mechanism be explored and finally suggestions be made and strategies improved for extending dance education in primary and secondary schools.
