摘要
基于数据包络分析法DEA(data envelope analyse),选取了河南省18个地级市2009—2014年的农业机械投入与产出数据,测算18个地级市的农业机械化效率水平。结果表明,5年来有9个地级市的农用机械投入始终是有效的,另外9个地级市中6个地级市处于弱有效水平,其余均相对无效。对2014年计算结果进一步分析后,提出了提高河南省农业机械投入效率的方案和政策建议。
This paper, based on data envelopment analysis, selected the agricultural machinery input and output data of 18 cities in Henan Province in 2009--2014 as indicators, to measure the efficiency of agricultural mechanization level. The results showed that 9 cities' input in agricultural machinery is always effective in the past five years, while 6 of the rest 9 cities are less effective, and 3 are relatively ineffective in the past five years, and to further analyze the calculation results of DEA in 2014,this pa- per puts forward the improvement scheme to improve agricultural machinery input efficiency of Henan Province and policy suggestions.
