目的分析超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的应用价值。方法选取2012年11月至2014年11月我院儿科收治的120例小儿肠套叠患儿,按照患儿的年龄进行分组：A组（〈3个月）、B组（3-6个月）、C组（7个月-5岁）,每组40例。比较三组患儿的水压灌肠情况,并观察不同病症类型患儿的治疗效果。结果三组患儿进行水压灌肠所需的最大水压由低到高分别为A组，
Objective T o analyze the application value of ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema in treatment of pediatric intussusception. Methods 1 20 cases of children with intussusception treated in pediatrics department of our hospital from November 201 2to November 201 4 were selected and divided into three groups according to children＇s age： group A（〈3 months）, group B（3 - 6 months）,group C（7 months - 5 years）, with 40 cases in each group. T he conditions of hydrostatic enema in three groups were compared, the treatment effects of different types of children were observed. Results T he maximum water-pressure of hydrostatic enema in three groups from lowto high was group A〈 group B〈 group C, the difference in three groups was statistical（P〈0.05）. Of 120 children with intussusception, 117 cases reset successfully, the treatment success rate was 97.5%, and the average hospitalization time was（1.2 ± 0.3） d.One case was treated by surgery due to reset failure, one case had intestinal rotation and one case had severe multiple intussusception.Conclusions F or children with intussusception, ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema is a safe and reliable method, with simple operation,quick recovery and short hospitalization time, which has higher clinical value, and deserves promotion.
