摘要
以取代肉桂酸、氯化亚砜为原料,合成取代肉桂酰氯,然后以三聚磷酸钠作缚酸剂,取代肉桂酰氯再与氨基酸(甘氨酸、DL-丙氨酸)反应,合成了肉桂酰甘氨酸和4-甲氧基肉桂酰丙氨酸,产率分别为75.30%和74.30%。采用傅里叶-红外光谱仪(FT IR)、超导核磁共振波谱仪(1 H NMR、13C NMR)对产物进行了分析表征并确认了产物的结构。
Substituted cinnamic acid and thionyl chloride were used as raw materials to prepare substituted cinnamoyl chloride, anci then cinnamoyl glycine and 4-methoxydnnamoyl alanine were synthesized from substituted cinnamoyl chloride,amino acid (glycine,DL-alanine) and sodium tripolyphosphate. The yields of the two compounds were 75.30% and 74.30%. The products were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT IR) and superconducting nucleus magnetic resonance spectrometer (1H NMR, 13 C NMR).
