摘要
目的:探讨2014-2015年罗湖区贵金属饰品加工厂有金属性粉尘接触作业工人及无金属性粉尘接触作业工人血样的差异。方法:选取贵金属加工行业金属性粉尘接触工人284例,无金属性粉尘接触工人192例,取静脉血5 ml置于肝素钠抗凝管,通过ICPMS测定血样中金属元素。结果:有金属性粉尘接触作业工人组血样中镍浓度高于无金属性粉尘接触的作业工人组,在校正年龄、性别、学历、工龄和吸烟史后比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:有金属性粉尘接触作业工人组血样中镍浓度高于无金属性粉尘接触的作业工人组。
Objective: To investigate the differences of blood samples of metal dust exposed workers and non metal dust exposed workers in Luohu District precious metal jewelry factory in 2014 - 2015. Method: Selecting properties gold precious metals processing industry dust exposed workers in 290 cases,no gold attribute dust exposed workers in 190 cases,take 5 ml blood of heparin anticoagulation tubes,by ICPMS determination of metal elements in sample analysis. Results: The dust exposed workers with gold attribute set of blood samples of nickel concentration higher than no gold properties of dust exposed workers group,adjustment for age,gender,education,length of service,and smoking history after the comparison,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Dust exposed workers. Conclusion: With gold attribute set of blood samples of nickel concentration higher than no gold properties of dust exposed workers group.
