摘要
文中采用边界位移补偿法优化某高机动雷达载车平台多撑腿结构强度。通过调整撑腿的边界位移,分析不同载荷工况下影响载车平台强度的因素,优化载车平台撑腿调平方案,提高结构强度性能。仿真结果表明,优化方案显著提高载车平台的强度性能,满足雷达载车平台风载荷环境下的强度要求。
In this paper,the boundary displacement compensation method is used to optimize the multi-support-leg of a high mobility radar vehicle platform. By modifying the boundary displacements of the supporting legs,main factors affecting the strength of vehicle platform are analyzed under different load conditions,leveling scheme of support-leg is optimized to improve the structure strength. Numerical results show that the optimized scheme is an effective method for enhancing the strength of vehicle platform. The vehicle platform with optimized leveling scheme can meet the strength requirements in wind load environment.
