以浙江省历年共84个高速公路项目的投资情况作为基础数据,对高速公路造价变化情况进行分析,找出引起高速公路造价增长的诸多影响因素,如人材机单价、建设规模、建设条件、设计标准、征地拆迁政策、社会环境等,并对每个影响因素对造价的影响程度进行了详细论证,最后得出结论。
Investment conditions of a total of Zhejiang 84 highway projects in previous years are adopted as basic data for analyzing highway cost change cordition. Many factors affecting highway cost increase are discovered, such as unit price of labor and machin- ery, construction scale, construction conditions, design standard, land requisition and resettlement policy, social environment, etc., the influence deqree of each influence factor on the cost can be demonstrated in details, and conclusions can be obtained finallv
