摘要
论述了因GB 7258-2012对远光灯定义不明确和远光灯检测设备设计落后等原因导致远光灯发光强度检测结果远低于实际值的问题,以2016款奥迪Q7为例说明以现行标准和现有检测设备进行远光灯发光强度检测时存在的问题。提出了对GB 7258-2012的修订建议:增加单灯的定义,明确二灯制、四灯制的定义;当对自动追踪光轴式前照灯检测仪的检测结果有异议时,可依据GB 25991-2010采用屏幕检测法对远光灯发光强度进行复核。
This paper discusses the problem that the test result of luminous intensity of driving beam headlamp is far less than its actual value, because of unclear definition of driving beam headlamp in standard GB 7258-2012 and the design flaw of driving beam headlamp test device. With 2016 AUDI Q7 as an example, the problem existing in testing the luminous intensity of driving beam headlamp with current standards and test device are illustrated. Suggestion for revision of GB7258-2012 is proposed in this paper that is to add clear definition of a single lamp, two lamps system and four lamps system to standard GB7258-2012, also to use screen test method from standard GB25991-2010 to double check the test result if there is any objection about the test result.
