摘要
人类在各领域均是以团队为单位完成复杂的任务。"协作配合能力"只有在一个多人情境下才有意义,并且在这样的情境中,个人的协作配合能力会影响到个人的表现以及任务完成的结果。根据已有的研究结果,总结发现影响个人协作配合能力的因素包括2个方面:做出协作的主观意愿,以及发挥出协作能力的客观表现。本文初步梳理了影响个人协作配合能力的因素,以及可应用的评价方法,为后续的团队研究与选拔提供理论支持。
Team is a basic unit to complete missions in many fields. Cooperation ability is only meaningful in multiplayer scenarios where the individual cooperation ability will affect the performance of the team members and the outcome of the mission. According to the previous studies,there are two aspects influencing the individual cooperation ability: the subjective views of collaboration and the objective performance in conducting the collaboration. This study summarized the factors affecting the individual cooperation ability and the available evaluation methods so as to provide a theoretical basis for later researches and selections of the team.
