摘要
目的探讨子宫癌伴2型糖尿病患者经护理干预后的效果。方法选取2010年10月至2015年10月间宝鸡市妇幼保健院诊治的56例子宫癌伴2型糖尿病患者,以投掷硬币法随分成观察组和对照组,各28例。观察组患者给予护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理,对比分析两组患者的血糖浓度、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果护理后观察组患者的空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.4%,对照组为67.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组患者生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预应用于子宫癌伴2型糖尿病患者可以提高治疗效果与患者的生活质量评分,建议广泛应用。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of uterine tumor patients with type 2 diabetes underwent chemotherapy in hospital. Methods From October 2010 to October 2015 in Baoji Maternal and Child Health Hospital, 56 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention, while patients in the control group were given conventional nursing, and the blood glucose concentration, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After nursing, fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose of observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96. 4% , the control group was 67.9%, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention applied to uterine tumor patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the treatment effect and the quality of life score, it is recommended to apply.
