摘要
针对航天服拉紧杆安装拉力量化控制的需求,提出运用定力矩控制拉紧杆拉力的方法,并通过理论分析及数据拟合预测实际工况下达到定力值所需预设的力矩值。根据实际工况及测试需求搭建了该方法的测试系统,分别对影响拉力控制的因素:定力力矩值、螺纹光洁度、扳手加载终止角进行分析并实验。最后,根据实验结果提出定力矩法拉紧杆定力安装工艺,保证航天服装配的质量。
According to the quantitative requirements of the tension force in the bolts, it is necessary to present a method to control the tension force by constant torque wrench. This paper predicts the preset torque value to achieve the desired force value through theoretical analysis and data approximating. Considering the working conditions and requirements, a test system is set up to analyze three factors affecting the control of tension value, the constant force torque value, the surface finish of the screw thread, and the terminal loading angle. At last, a technological process is put forward according to the experiments, which can be used to guarantee the installation quality of the spacesuit.
