摘要
与晚期癌症患者的有效沟通有利于医疗诊治工作的开展，但沟通需选择方式、方法。根据科室工作，总结以下经验：医护人员需有共情心；有技巧地向患者本人交代病情；与最有决定权的家属讨论病情及治疗；尊重患方治疗意愿；在治疗的不同阶段，及时与患方有效沟通；必要的心理干预。且爱心和尊重生命是与晚期癌症患者及其家属有效沟通的前提及保证。
The patients with advanced cancer are a special group. The effective communication between the doctors and the patients will be very important to the following process of the treatment. The summaries of our methods are： Empathy heart to the patients; Intentionally communicate with the patients; Talk with the discretional relatives of the patients; Respect to the patitents＇ intentions; Timely communicate with the patients during the process of the treatment; Necessary mental intervention. Love and respect to life are premised and obligatory for the doctors to have effective communications with the advanced cancer patients.
