摘要
依据航天产品的技术状态管理要求,分析了产品数据管理/产品生命周期管理(PDM/PLM)系统的产品配置工作机理,定义了结构配置、版本配置的概念,设计了包含主对象、版本对象等要素的产品配置模型。提出利用结构配置和版本配置进行产品配置的规则、过程和方法,并分析了有效性调整的方法和途径。通过所提出的模型和解决方案在某航天型号协同研制平台中的实现,为PDM/PLM系统的产品配置提供依据和参考。
According to the technical state management requirements for complex aerospace products, the product configuration working mechanism in Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management(PDM/PLM) system was analyzed. The structural configuration and version configuration were defined. The product configuration model, which includes master object, version object and configuration context ,was designed. The rules ,procedures and methods of structural configuration and version configuration for product configuration were proposed, and the effectiveness modification methods were analyzed. Models and solutions have been developed in aerospace collaboration design platform system, which provides practical reference for product configuration management in PDM/PLM system.
