摘要
对电收尘烟灰进行二段氧化酸浸萃取反萃电积的原则工艺流程试验研究,控制浸出体系的氧化还原电位为0.5~2 V,考察了反应过程中温度、pH值、液固比、试剂浓度等因素对反应效果的影响,控制反应温度为75℃、pH值为3~4、液固比为4∶1、浸出3.5 h时,铜、锌、砷浸出率可以达到92.5%、91.6%、90.8%;并考察了砷的资源化走向,提出了结合熔池熔炼工艺综合回收浸出渣的工艺路线;消除了电收尘烟灰在堆存过程中对环境造成的严重污染隐患。
Recovery process of electric precipitator dusts,which was based on the principle of two stage oxidation acid leaching-extraction-back extraction electrowinning,was studied.The oxidation reduction potential of leaching system was controlled in the range of 0.5-2 V to study the influences of reaction temperature,pH value,liquid to solid ratio and reagent concentration on the reaction efficiency.When controlling the reaction temperature of 75℃, pH of 3-4,liquid to solid ratio of 4∶1,leaching time of 3.5 h,the leaching rate of copper,zinc,arsenic can reach 92.5%,91.6%,90.8% respectively.And through analyzing the whereabouts of arsenic,the comprehensive recov-ery process of leaching residue was proposed combined with the bath smelting process.Finally,the serious environ-mental pollution brought by the electric precipitator dusts during the piling process was reduced.
