摘要
以7050铝合金为研究对象,使用YG3和YG6两种刀具对其进行切削试验。试验结果表明:YG3刀具切削力和表面粗糙度值高于YG6刀具,YG6切削表面形貌明显优于YG3刀具,说明YG6刀具与7050铝合金加工性能匹配性好。
In order to explore the matching performance between YG tool and 7050 aluminum alloy. In this paper,7050 aluminum alloy was selected as the research object. Two kinds of cutting tools for cutting test were YG3 and YG6. The test results show that the value of cutting force and surface roughness of YG3 tools is higher than that of YG6tools; The cutting surface topography of YG6 tool is better than YG3 tool. It shows that performance matching of YG6 is better between tool and 7050 aluminum alloy than that of YG3.
