摘要
目的：探讨原发性闭角型青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术的安全性及有效性。方法选取2010年4月至2015年6月原发性闭角型青光眼患者48例，抗青光眼术后行白内障超声乳化术。随访3~12个月，比较两组患者术后并发症、眼压、视力以及内皮细胞。结果术后随访3~12个月，48例患者视力均高于术前。术后3个月患者眼压、内皮细胞均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论白内障超声乳化术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼抗青光眼术后白内障，操作简单、创伤小，治疗效果明显，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of phacoemulsification on primary angle closure glaucoma after cataract surgery. Methods From April 2010 to June 2015,48 patients with primary angle closure glaucoma were selected,and were given phacoemulsification for cataract after cata-ract surgery. After follow-up for 3 to 12 months,the postoperative complications,intraocular pressure, visual acuity and endothelial cells of the two groups were compared. Results After follow-up for 3 to 12 months after surgery,the visual acuity of 48 patients was higher than that of before operation. At 3 months after operation,the intraocular pressure and endothelial cells were lower than those before opera-tion,the differences were significant（P﹤0.05）. Conclusions Phacoemulsification in the treatment of primary angle closure glaucoma after cataract surgery is simple,the wound is small,the effect is obvious, so it is worthy of clinical application.
