摘要
基层反腐倡廉,一直以来就是我国党风廉政建设的重要组成部分,是维护党在人民群众心目中伟大形象的重要基础。本文拟从一个市辖区的基层纪检监察单位反腐倡廉的实地调研为基础,发现当前基层在反腐倡廉工作中存在的问题,从强化基层纪检干部的宣传教育培训、纪律约束监督、能力素质提高等方面相应提出针对性的解决对策,切实做到落实两个责任,明确干部职责,为取得反腐倡廉建设新成效而努力奋斗。
Anti-corruption in grass-root units is an important part of Party style and clean government in China,also an important base of the Party’s image among the masses. This paper,based on an investigation of anti-corruption in a grass-root discipline inspection and supervision unit,reveals the problems existing in anti-corruption work,and gives solutions from the aspects of strengthening publicity and education training,supervision of discipline constraints,improvement of ability and quality of grass-root discipline inspection cadres,in order to implement the two responsibilities and clarify cadres’ duty,striving to achieve new results in anti-corruption.
