摘要
以田径运动为例,在全球视野重新审视运动员移民归化问题,探讨了肯尼亚在中长跑项目中统治地位丧失的问题、体育劳务移民问题、肯尼亚运动员外流到巴林和卡塔尔的问题、运动员移民的后果以及运动员移民对捐献国和接受国的私人层面和国家层面的影响。尽管田径运动员移民被认为是一种提高技能人才储备的手段,但也揭示了肯尼亚竞技体育地位的重建危机。未来有必要深入研究运动员劳动力移民现象的个人和社会文化后果,并对移民归化运动员对当地体育文化的影响、社会融入、名字和宗教的变化,以及对运动员价值系统、个人身份和日常生活的影响等方面进行更多的研究。
