摘要 抗震设防烈度为6度时,楼层剪重比不小于最小剪重比(λmin)是规范中的强制性条文,分析了执行此条文存在的难点和问题。通过对位于重庆地区一栋建筑物一系列计算分析后,表明不满足λmin不能简单得出结构布局的合理性有问题,通过调整结构布局来满足λmin会导致结构抗震安全性过高、造价过大。根据实际分析情况,最后提出了调整楼层剪重比宜采用的方法。 When the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degree,it is the mandatory provisions in the specification that the floor shear-weight ratio is no less than the minimum shear-weight ratio( λmin). The difficulties and problems in the implementation of this provision were analyzed. Through a series of calculation and analysis on a building located in Chongqing area,it shows that it cannot simply draw a conclusion of structural layout rationality problem if λminis not fulfilled. To meet λminthrough adjusting the structural layout will lead to over high structural seismic safety and too large cost. According to the actual situation,the method of adjusting the floor shear-weight ratio was put forward.
