摘要 在生活水平不断提高的今天,建筑行业也不断发展,BIM技术变得尤为重要。为此,本文在探究BIM技术原理的基础上,分析其在建筑安装工程施工阶段精细化管理价值及作用,进而总结出BIM技术能有效促进建筑安装工程精细化管理的发展的结论,以此促进BIM技术的发展。 With continuous improvement of people's living standards, the construction industry is also developing fast, and BIM technology becomes particularly important. This paper, based on the exploration of the basic principle of BIM technology, analyzes its value and role in the fine management in construction stage of construction and installation work, and sums up that BIM technology can effectively promote the fine management development of the construction and installation work, in order to promote the development of BIM technology.
