Progress of dental pulp stem cells

摘要 牙髓干细胞是来源于牙髓组织的成体干细胞,具有多向分化、高度增殖及自我更新的生物学特性,在牙髓修复、组织再生中表现出越来越重要的应用前景。本文就牙髓干细胞的概述、分离和培养方法、生物特性、相关微环境及在组织工程学中应用等研究进展作一综述。 Dental pulp stem cell, a kind of adult stem cells in the dental pulp, possesses multi-lineage differentiation capability, high proliferation rate and self-renewal capability, and plays an important role in dental pulp repair and tissue regeneration. This paper reviews the summery of dental pulp stem cells, isolation and culture methods, biological feature, related microenvironment and application in tissue engineering.
