摘要 目的:分析案例教学法在外科教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年9月-2014年1月某学校2013级100名临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,按照班级不同将其分为两组,即对照组(n=50)及观察组(n=50),对照组学生接受常规外科学教学,观察组学生接受案例教学法;比较两组教学方法满意度、教学内容满意度、自主学习能力及理论知识考核得分情况。结果:观察组教学方法满意度及教学内容满意度分别为98.00%、96.00%,均明显高于对照组的82.00%、84.00%(P<0.05)。观察组自主学习能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组理论知识考核得分也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:案例教学法有助于提高学生自主学习能力及理论知识考核成绩,提升教学方法及教学内容满意度。 Objective:To explore the application effect of case teaching method in surgical teaching. Methods:From September 2013 to January 2014,100 cases of students majoring in clinical medicine which was entrance in 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50), according to different classes. The teaching methods satisfaction, teaching content satisfaction, self-learning ability score, theoretical knowledge score of two groups were compared.Results:The teaching methods satisfaction and teaching content satisfaction of the observation group respectively were 98.00%、96.00%, which were significantly higher than that of control group 82.00%、84.00% (P〈0.05).The self-learning ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).The theoretical knowledge score of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Case teaching method has lots of advantages, such as raise the self-learning ability and the theoretical knowledge score, improve teaching methods and teaching contents satisfaction.
