摘要
创业指导教育如何在加强创新人才培养中发挥更大作用,是我国教育、就业新形势下高校面临的一项重要课题。根据党中央对塑造"创新、创业、创优"人才的战略部署,高校要准确把握创业教育的功能定位,有效开展创业指导活动,将培养具有高成就导向的大学生创业人才作为创业指导教育的根本目的。主要结合成就导向相关理论,从情感激励机制、目标激励机制、评价激励机制及发展激励机制等方面对推进高校创业指导激励模式的构建提出了建议。
How to play a bigger role in strengthening the training of innovated talents for career guidance education is an important project for universities. According to the strategic development of training talents of innovation,entrepreneurship and excellence- creating aroused by the Party Central Committee,universities should hold the function of innovation education and develop the career guidance. Based on the emotion,target,evaluation and development incentive mechanism,the paper put forward some suggestions on the construction of the incentive mode of career guidance.
